Do you ship internationally?

Yup. Our products have gone all over the world - it's an amazing feeling.

 

 

Which is the best local beach?

We are literally spoilt for choice and very lucky. Whichever you go to, take only photos and don't leave anything you took with you.

 

 

Do you do anything to help reduce single use plastics?

We are proud to have never given out a single plastic carrier bag, and all our mailing bags are degradable. We ask that you dispose of them responsibly when you're done with them. Now, in modern life we rely on plastics... but we try our hardest to re-use plastic products that are sent to us by our suppliers. We can all do our bit to help protect our oceans and environment. 

 

 

Do you have a shop in Padstow? If so, where is it?

We do not yet! As you can imagine, retail space is at a premium and is fairly expensive. We're a small start up and our ultimate aim is to open a shop but we will have to save up a bit first.

 

 

Do you do clothes for children?

Our winter Bob Hats come in smaller sizes for children in a few colours, but our main clothing range is only available in adult sizing. We thought we'd learn to walk before we can run!

 

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

We're proud of the fact that we print & finish every single Huers product by hand back at Mum & Dad's, and we usually print garments to order. This sometimes means Huers products can take a day or so longer than bigger retailers, but we take orders to the Post Office daily and we're as quick as we can be. Good things come to those who wait, and Cornwall is in a different time zone, right?

 

 

Do you donate to charity?

The charity sector is one of the most important cogs in the machine, so we like to do our bit. Each year some of our team swim from Padstow across to Rock in the annual Marie Curie Padstow to Rock Swim. As well as donating to Marie Curie, we raise extra money for The RNLI to show our appreciation of the brave and heroic work the dedicated team of volunteers do.

 

 

Can I return / exchange an item I've bought from you at an event?

Yes. If you need to return / exchange an item, you can send it back to our storage facility at the address provided in our Returns Policy. The item must be in a brand new, unworn condition with tags still attached and if possible in the original packaging. Please contact us via email (huers@outlook.com) or on social media to let us know and provide details of the item you're returning / exchanging. Please note that all customers are responsible for the cost of the return postage and are responsible for the item until it reaches us.
